We believe…

 1. God is one but revealed Himself in three persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit.

 2. The Bible, both the Old and the New Testaments is the inspired word of God, the product of holy men who spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
    2Pt.1:21, 1Thes.2:13, 2Tim.3:15-17.


 3. Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but thro’ Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world. We believe Satan is the author of sin, and the cause of the fall of man; that he is the enemy of God and man; and he shall be eternally punished in the lake of fire. Jesus Christ was manifested to destroy the works of Satan and gave His life, shed His blood to redeem and restore man back to God.

 4. The virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He’s the Son of God and Son of man. That He came to save man from sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who have faith in Him.

 5. The baptism in the Holy Spirit is given to believers who ask for it in faith. In the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by who’s indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life. The baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire is a gift from God as promised by Jesus Christ, accompanied by the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues as the Holy Spirit gives utterance.

 6. All mankind is subject to death of the body as a result of the original sin. The resurrection of both the saved and the lost: the saved to everlasting life and the lost (without Christ) to everlasting damnation.

 7. The Church is the body and espoused bride of Christ, made up of believers baptized by the Holy Spirit. The establishment and continuance of local churches. The mission of the church is :

    •  To be an agency for evangelizing the world.
       Acts 1:8, Mtt.28:19-20, Mk.16:15-18
    •  To be a channel of God’s purpose to build a body of saints maturing in the image of His Son.
        Eph.4:11-16, 1Cor.12:28, 14:12
    •  To be a corporate body in which man may worship God.
        1Cor.12:13, Eph.4:3-18, 27-30


 8. All the saved should live in a manner not to bring reproach upon our Saviour and Lord, separation from all religious apostasy, sinful pleasures, practices and associations is commanded.
    Rom 12:1-2, 14:13, 2Cor.6:14-17, 2Tim .3:1-5, 1Jn2:15-17, 2Jn.9-11


 9. The Bible teaches that without holiness no man can see God. We believe in the doctrine of sanctification as a definite but progressive work of grace, commencing at the time of regeneration and continuing until the consummation of salvation.

    •  God has commanded that no intimate sexual activity be engaged in outside of marriage between a man and a woman.
      Homosexuality, lesbianism, bisexuality, bestiality, incest, fornication, adultery and pornography are sinful perversions of God’s plan.
    • Abortion is murder. It constitutes the unjustified, unexcused taking of unborn human life.

10. Jesus Christ by the Holy Spirit calls whom He desires both male and female to serve in the five-fold ministry (Eph.4: 11) and qualifies the ones  called with power, talents, wisdom and gifts pertaining to their positions.


11. All who repent of their sins and believe in Christ as Saviour and Lord are to be baptized in Water. This is a declaration to the world that they identify with Christ in His death and have been raised with Him in newness of life.
    Mtt.23:19, Mk.16:16, Acts10:47-48, Rom.6:4.
    Pattern of Matt.28.18-20 is followed by HGM.


12. The Lord’s Supper is a memorial of His sufferings and death .It is enjoyed by all believers until He comes .
    1Cor.11:26, Mtt.26:26-30, Lk.22:14-20


13. Every Christian is obligated to support the local church financially. We believe God has established the tithe, ten percent of ones income, as a basis for giving, also every Christian give additional offerings cheerfully to support various ministries of God’s kingdom including those in need and the spread of the Gospel.  A Christian relinquishes all rights to direct use of the tithe once the gift has been given.  All Christians (ministers included) must pay their tithes and offerings into the storehouse.


14. God has given all believers a great commission to proclaim the Gospel to all Nations.
    Acts1:8, 2Cor.5:20, Mt.28:19-20.
God calls both men and women to serve Him.
    1Pet.4:10-11, Eph.4:11-16, Ro.12:3-12


15. God has ordained and created all authority consisting 1-the home, 2-the church, 3-the state. Every person is subject to these authorities but all (including the authorities) are answerable to God and governed by His word: God has given each institution specific Biblical responsibilities and balance those duties with the understanding that no institution has the right to infringe upon the other. The home, the church and the state are sovereign in their respective Biblically assigned spheres of responsibility under God.

16. Christians are prohibited from bringing civil lawsuits against others, the church or Christian organizations to resolve personal disputes. We believe the Christian community possesses all necessary resources to resolve all disputes between believers.

17. Divine healing is wrought by the power of God thro’ the prayer of faith, the laying on of hands, fervent prayer, anointing with oil and is for every believer.
    Mk.16:18, James 5:14-25, Lk.5:15, Isa.53:4-5, 1Pet.2:24


18. Anointing/power can be transmitted from one person touching another, laying on of hands for divine healing, to confer office, to receive the Holy Spirit, to receive and cultivate the anointing, for ordination, to consecrate and receive necessary ministry tools.
    Ex.15:23-26, Mtt.8:16-17, Acts6:2-6, 8:16-18, 1Tm.4:14, Acts13:2-4, Deut. 34: 9


19. The personal, imminent return of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The second coming of Christ includes the rapture of the saints, followed by the actual, visible return of Christ with believers to reign with Him on earth for one thousand years.

20. We will always have differences in doctrine, methods of worship and church administration; but by the divine flow of the Holy Spirit, allow the true manifestations of love and unity drawing members of the body, ministries and churches of all denominations together as one in the Spirit.
